See which campaigns, ad groups and keywords earn their spend.

Amazon, Walmart Connect, Criteo, TikTok, Meta and Google on one set of numbers, with one ACoS across all of them and TACoS on the marketplaces you connect. Then the spend carried into the P&L, next to your fees, shipping and cost of goods.

Every ad channel, side by side.

Amazon Sponsored Ads and Vendor, Walmart Connect, Criteo, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok on both the US and Global platforms, Instacart in the US, MercadoLibre across South America and Bol.com in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC and ACoS, calculated the same way on every channel you connect. Including Criteo, which powers retail media for 200+ retailers globally.

Advertising performance

A good ACoS can hide a flat quarter.

ACoS only counts the sales the ads got credit for. TACoS counts everything the channel sold. Together they tell you whether paid grew the business or just took a bigger slice of it. Both, on every channel you connect.

Ad spend, all the way through to margin.

Ad spend, in the P&L

Most advertising tools stop at ACoS. Campaign spend lands in the P&L at channel and product level, next to fees, shipping and your own cost base.

  • Ad spend as a line in the channel and product P&L
  • Two products at the same ROAS, and very different margin underneath
  • Not what the ROAS was. Whether the advertising made money.

Frequently asked questions.

What is retail media analytics?

Retail media is advertising on and around retail platforms. Sponsored ads on Amazon and Walmart Connect, Criteo placements across retailer sites, and the paid social and search campaigns that drive marketplace sales. Retail media analytics is the reporting layer over all of it. Each network reports on its own terms and credits conversions over its own window, so the work is bringing them onto one set of metrics that can be read side by side. MerchantSpring does that, then carries the spend into the P&L.

Is this the same as advertising analytics or PPC reporting?

Yes. If your team calls this advertising analytics or PPC reporting, this is the same thing. Retail media is the industry's term for it, and it covers the sponsored ads, the retailer placements and the paid search and social that sit around a marketplace business.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Your data is not used to train MerchantSpring models, and where a request is routed to an external AI provider, it goes through terms that exclude your data from training. Every connection runs through the platform's official API, authorised by the account owner, and we never scrape.

Is retail media analytics an add-on?

No. It is included in all existing MerchantSpring plans at no additional cost,.
