- Cross-Channel Product Sales – Advertising Metrics
The Cross-Channel Product Sales report has been extended to include key advertising performance metrics such as Ad Spend, Ad Sales, ACoS, and TACoS. This allows users to view retail and media performance side by side, providing a more complete view of product-level performance across Amazon markets. - Custom AMC Queries – Save & Share
Users can now save their custom AMC queries and make them available via the AMC report library. Saved queries can also be shared with colleagues, enabling consistent use of custom reporting logic across teams. - TikTok Shop – Demo Data Support
Demo data for TikTok Shop is now available in our demo environment, making it easier for users to preview TikTok data visualizations and workflows before connecting a live store. - TACoS Accuracy for Amazon Vendor Channels
TACoS calculations for Amazon Vendor accounts are now dynamically aligned with the selected revenue metric (Ordered or Shipped Revenue). This ensures consistency across advertising and revenue-based metrics. - Shopify Sales Processing – Returns Handling
Our Shopify integration has been enhanced to better handle product returns in alignment with Shopify’s own methodology. This improves reconciliation accuracy and brings reporting in line with Shopify-native expectations. - Cross-Channel Report – Export Options
Additional export formats have been added to the Cross-Channel Product Sales report. These enhancements make it easier to conduct further analysis using external tools like Excel or Google Sheets.

AMC Insights Module (General Availability)
Our Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) Insights module is now available to all users on agency plans and as an add-on for non-agency plans. This release includes five pre-built AMC reports—Path to Conversion, New-to-Brand, Gateway ASINs, First & Last Touch Attribution, and DSP & Sponsored Ads Overlap—designed for agencies wanting to unlock AMC value without writing SQL. Each report includes AI-generated commentary, time-based comparisons, and scheduling functionality. This represents a major step in making AMC more accessible and impactful. -
Custom AMC Queries (Beta Program)
We are currently working with a selected group of users to test the ability to create and save custom AMC queries directly within the application. This feature is aimed at offering more flexibility for power users while maintaining usability. -
Expanded Enterprise Demo Data
Our demo data environment has been significantly expanded for enterprise customers. It now includes AMC report examples and data for key advertising platforms including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads—ideal for use in sales and training conversations.

Organizational Report Comments
Account managers can now add report-level commentary that is visible to all users within the same organization. This simplifies internal workflows by removing the need to share logins for feedback and approvals. (Internal notes remain user-specific.) -
Vendor Account Budget and Forecasting
Vendor users can now enter revenue and advertising spend targets—bringing this feature in line with what's long been available to marketplace sellers. -
Optional CSV Downloads in Reports
Reports now support optional CSV downloads, allowing recipients to extract underlying chart and table data for further analysis. -
Japan Time Zone Support
Improved support for Japan Standard Time (JST) ensures accurate reporting and scheduling for users operating in the Japanese market. -
Ongoing UI Enhancements

- Client Reporting Module Enhancements: New functionality now allows for multiple sets of commentary to be added and linked to different sections in single-channel reports. Additionally, for the first time, users can include commentary in multi-channel reports through our tagging mechanism.
- Customer Lifetime Value and Repeat Purchases: These modules have been refined, with demo data now available in user accounts, giving customers the opportunity to explore the features before applying them to their own data.
- European VAT Adjustments: To address recent VAT changes in Europe, where Amazon now includes VAT in FBA and seller fees, we’ve updated our system to ensure accurate profitability tracking by refining the handling of these financial events.
- Enterprise API Gateway Functionality: Enhancements for enterprise clients include automated API key provisioning with webhook confirmation. Additionally, users can now upload their cost of goods via API, offering more flexibility alongside manual upload options.
